Shipping policy
Most orders will ship out within a day of ordering. Your order will be shipped Standard Service unless you select an alternative. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 8 business days. We do not ship on Sundays or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Witchy Woman Herbal Co. cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc. Please note that we do not cover customs, duties, or taxes for international shipments.
We try to process orders quickly. If you notice an incorrect shipping address in your confirmation email, please contact us as soon as possible!

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
- Must be reported within 30 days of receipt.
- Email witchywomanherbalco@gmail.com with your order number, description, and a photo.
- We'll replace or refund, whichever you prefer.
