Subscription Policy

Witchy Woman Herbal Co. offers subscribe-and-save products that are billed on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you agree to the following terms.

Billing & Savings Your payment method will be charged automatically on your selected delivery schedule — either every 1 month or every 2 months. You'll receive 10% off every recurring order for as long as you're subscribed.

Managing Your Subscription You can manage your subscription at any time by logging into your account at witchywomanherbalco.com. From your account portal you can skip an upcoming order, pause your subscription, change your delivery frequency, swap products, or update your shipping address and payment details.

Cancellation You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting us at witchywomanherbalco@gmail.com. Cancellations must be made before your next billing date to avoid being charged.

Refunds Subscription orders are subject to our standard refund policy. Refunds are not issued for orders already processed and shipped.

Price Changes We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. You will be notified in advance of any price changes.

Failed Payments If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry. If unsuccessful, your subscription may be paused or cancelled.
